Frequently asked questions.
Answers about booking, pricing, tracking, routes, and shipment care.
How do I send a package?
Create an account, request a quote for your route, complete sender/recipient/package details, and submit a booking. The booking is confirmed only after the database saves it.
How are delivery times determined?
Delivery estimates are route-specific and only displayed when configured by an administrator. Confirmed windows depend on the selected service and operational conditions.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Approved routes use configured base prices, included weight, additional kilogram charges, dimensional-weight divisor, insurance fees, and surcharges. Unsupported routes require manual quotation.
Can I ship internationally?
International services are offered only for destinations and routes enabled by the operating company. Customs documents and item restrictions may apply.
How do I track my shipment?
Enter the shipment reference or waybill on the tracking page. Public tracking shows limited route and event information, never personal addresses or contact details.
Can I request a pickup?
Select pickup during booking. Availability depends on the route and must be confirmed by the operating team.
How should I package my shipment?
Use durable packaging appropriate to the contents, secure internal movement, and include accurate item descriptions and dimensions. Special handling should be declared during booking.
Which items are prohibited?
Restrictions vary by law, route, and carrier. Review the general prohibited items page and confirm current rules before sending.
What if my parcel is delayed or damaged?
Use the shipment reference to contact the support team. Claim coverage, evidence requirements, and response timelines depend on the final operating terms.
What payment methods are supported?
Supported payment methods will be shown at checkout after the operating company selects and configures a provider. A payment is marked paid only after server-side verification.
